About Us
Building a high-performing startup is hard. And we’re here to help.
We’re an experienced international team of founders and CEOs, with three exits and over 25 years of experience at the helm of VC-backed technology and fintech startups.
We’ve both founded companies and come in as later-stage CEOs to help companies scale. Our experience spans multi-country online financial services, mission-critical enterprise software and consumer-focused mobile applications. We also have extensive board experience across a wide range of companies, from venture-backed startups and scaleups to financially regulated FinTechs.
Beyond the needs of the business, we also focus on the personal. Our skilled counsellors provide 1-1 coaching for talent that is struggling with issues outside of work that may affect their performance or happiness and engagement in the office.
